Escargot at Chartier

Chartier- This restaurant is full of locals. This place is so busy that strangers have to sit at the same table, sort of like dimsum in NY.

Joe eating his escargot. He looks so happy.
Our first eatable snail ever! "escargot". Surprisingly and unexpectedly it was one of the delicious food I've ever had. I really didn't want to try it first because of the look and the texture. Come on! it is a snail after all. But Joe made me close my eyes and force me to give it a try. Chapeau!
Poisson- My Cod dish. Very simple and tasty.
The desseo called BABA. It had too much Rum in it but outside layer and creme was good.
